Choosing a Location for a Fall Wedding

Choosing a location for a fall wedding can be somewhat difficult, especially when you consider the fact that there are so many beautiful places to pick from during the fall. Fall weddings are at their best outdoors, because you can experience the beauty of the autumn colors and the relaxing temperatures. I would say the best way to host your fall wedding would be to have an indoor/outdoor non-formal evening wedding, with the latter half of the wedding being indoors, as the temperatures will drop outdoors as the sun sets. The most romantic way to do it would be to have the key parts of the ceremony held as the sun sets, as this will leaving the most lasting memory possible.

As far as location goes, try to choose something with a bit of scenery and plenty of colorful trees. Some good locations are hilltops, lakes (even better a hilltop by a lake), vineyards, orchards, church courtyards of course, country clubs, mountainous areas, old barns or farms, plantations, or maybe even your own backyard if it is pretty enough! Don't limit your options when it comes to location, and make sure you do a bit of searching before you make the final decision.

You will also want to take into account what he weather will be like at that location during the fall. If it will be too cold you may want to choose another area. You should base your decision on you and your loved ones thoughts, and not other peoples opinions, that is what is most important.
